Brokkr the Blacksmith is working hard to prepare for battle, blessing warriors with good fortune. If Brokkr upgrades your weapon, it will evolve from a Common Weapon to a Legendary Weapon.
The likelihood of being blessed by Brokkr the Blacksmith is based on weapon tier. Common Weapon 1s have the least chance to be blessed, and Common Weapon 7s have the most chance.
A total of 150 Common Weapons will be upgraded and evolved.
